The MIARA collection I forge cold in aluminum, a residual material from local industries that I give a chance to a new life without burdening the environment. Other materials in the jewelry are stainless / surgical steel and pearls in semi-precious stones.
The pearls in the collection are different varieties and variants of semi-precious stone or freshwater pearls, it is a mixture of vintage and recycled pearls, to some extent there are also some pearls from closed stores and a local wholesaler who buys Swedish stock which is sold off due of everything from illness, lost interest, changed life situations to bankruptcy.
I strive for all jewelry to become "individuals", possessing their own personality with minor differences in shape, structure, angles and dimensions.
Urberg Design does not hold large stocks, but continuously creates based on what is demanded, based on sustainability aspects.
Durable and skin-friendly material choices are part of my jewelry's hallmark.
